Long-time behavior of large solutions in Kadomtsev-Petviashvilii models

The purpose of this talk is to review recent results about the long-time behavior of globally defined solutions to Kadomtsev-Petviashvilii models. An important emphasis will be given to considering large data in regions where solitary waves (lumps and line solitons) are not present, and with techniques independent of the integrability of the model. These are joint works with Mendez, Poblete and Pozo.
